Note that of the 30 respondents who attended training with conventional methods there is no significant difference in terms of knowledge because p value = 0.092 ( p > 0.05 ) as well as skills p value = 0.64 ( p > 0.05 ). However, of the 30 respondents who attended training with learning from the problem method was a significant difference in knowledge and skills with p value = 0.000 ( p < 0.05 ). Statistical test results showed a significant difference in mean score of both knowledge as well as skills training cadre given by the conventional method and learning from the problem method p value = 0.000 ( p < 0.05 ) so that the training with learning from the problem method is more effective than conventional methods.
