Introduction, Basic immunization is an attempt by nurses to provide immunity to infants or children from birth in order to avoid various diseases such as Hepatitis B, Tuberculosis, Dithery, Pertussis Tetanus, Polio, Influenza and Measles. This basic immunization is required by the government and must be obtained before the age of one year. If this immunization is not given, the child is susceptible to various diseases that can affect the child's growth and development. Place of research at Garuda Bandung public health center. The purpose of this study to review study of nursing intervention on provision of Basic Immunization In Children. The research method used is the mixed method has collected all data and information both cross sectional and retrospective. The study target was nurse and midwife group of Garuda health center as many as 34 samples; Nurses and midwives and 200 pediatric patients and their parents. The results, The results of qualitative research through thematic analysis got five main themes related to the assessment in the provision of nursing care in the provision of basic immunization in children. Themes are: 1) the concept of care in giving basic immunization to children; 2) Choice of documentation form accepted by nurse and midwife; 3) Perceptions of problems or barriers, strengths, weaknesses, in giving immunizations from family perspective; 4) Perceptions of problems or barriers, strengths, weaknesses, in the provision of immunization from the perspective of the nurse and midwife as nursing care; 5) Procedure of care line in giving basic immunization. Result of Quantitative Research, study of care in giving basic immunization to children at Community Health Center got, Descriptive data obtained is physical condition of baby (95%) in healthy condition, (90%) basic immunization received by child since birth done complete , (88%) in management when giving basic immunization giving according to SOP, (66%) Basic Immunization care was recorded in documentation. The remainder (34%) is documented but not complete. No single infant patient was not recorded in Community Health Center. As many as (99.9%) but as many as 0.01% there are morbidity (KIPI) with mild anaphylactic reaction cases. Differences in the concept of basic immunization care lead to a difference in focus on intervention. On the other hand, most nurses and midwives argue about the importance of the legality aspect of documenting basic immunization to children although some feel less effective with the existing documentation system. Variable tested relationship through multivariate, hence variable which expressed effect on treatment choice is action when giving of care. Conclusions and Suggestions. There are many factors related to the provision of nursing care in the provision of basic immunization to the child from the point of documenting the patient, while the barriers from the parents' point of the patient and the health professional are more oriented and emphasize the importance of immunization given. Suggestions from this study are the need for further scientific assessment, especially research in the form of cohorts on patients with basic immunization and their parents.
