Transmission of a sexually transmitted infection is a contagious disease caused by sexual intercourse freely through vaginal, oral, and anal performed on homosexual and heterosexual (Kusmiran, 2011). Results of preliminary studies conducted interviews of 10 drivers of urban transportation / trucking, obtained seven of them know what it is sexually transmission infection, but they do not know how the transmission of it , and three of them do not know even one among the 10 drivers are never exposed infectious diseases sexually transmitted infections. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge and attitude of city transport and trucks drivers on sexually transmitted infections in the Wanasalam District of Lebak. Research method is quantitative descriptive cross-sectional approach. The study population was the city transport and trucks drivers Wanasalam District of Lebak. Sampling method is total sampling amount 75 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire study of knowledge and attitude as a measuring tool of research, while research data analysis used was Chi-square analysis. The results showed the driver of knowledge about sexually transmitted infections as a result of sexual intercourse with prostitutes acquired as many as 42 (56%) showed a lack of knowledge and as many as 33 (44%) showed good knowledge. The attitude of the driver against sexually transmitted infections as a result of sexual intercourse freely and insecure with PSK as many as 29 (38.7%) showed a good attitude and as many as 46 (61.3%) showed less attitude. The analysis showed no correlation between knowledge with attitude of city transport drivers and trucks against STIs value of p = 0.280 (p> 0.05) and OR = 0,526. Based on the research results can be seen that the target of an increase in knowledge and change the attitude of city transport and trucks drivers on the transmission and prevention of sexually transmitted infections is not achieve the target. Therefore, it’s need for commitment to the organization transport drivers towns and trucks in the Wanasalam District of Lebak as a follow up of these results by continuing to do the preventive and examine periodically to the health care facilities
